Delivery System

1. Delivery will be done immediately after confirmation of payment.
2. Confirmation of Payment depends on the Payment Gateway used (PayPal or T/T)
3. An estimated 3~7 days payment completion should be considered.
4. Delivery time depends on receiver's location and Holidays.
5. Normal delivery time is within 3~7 days anywhere in the world.
6. Tracking number is provided
7. Shipping Address will be the shipping address declared on PayPal.

Shipping Methods

1. EMS
2. Sea Freight (30 KGs and above) (Rates and delivery time to be confirmed)
3. Air Freight (30 KGs and above) (Rates and delivery time to be confirmed)

**Rates are calculated based on weight and rates per kilos on EMS Fee Database

Product Refund and Exchange

1. Product Refund and exchange can be done only within 10 days after receiving products.
2. Refunded items sent back to Epic should be received within 20 days.
3. Products for refund and exchange are subject for inspection of trained engineers to identify cause.
4. To request refund and exchange please contact customer service for advise

on matter immediately.

1. Upon acceptance of refund request, product price payment are refunded 100%,

However consummated fees, such as, shipping, tax and other service charges

are non-refundable.
